CA/ CWA with minimum 10 Years experience in fund raising from banks FIs, IPOs, Private equity etc. The applicant must have an excellence rapport with banks & FIs and will be responsible for all financial/accounting activities of the company. Experience in real estate will be preferred. Will be reporting to CEO/MD.
Sr. Accounts Executive (1)
CA/ICWA with minimum 5 years experience and complete knowledge of banking and accounting up to finalization of reports. The candidate should be well versed with computerized accouting practices. Experience in real estate will be preferred.
Accounts Executive (M/F - 4)
B.Com/M.Com with minimum 2 years experience, well versed with computerized accounting pacakages including Tally.
Legal & Administration
Manager-Administration (1)
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in office adminstration. Experience in dealing with Solicitors and Govt. Departments would be an advantage. Knowledge of statutory administrative compliances is a must.
Executive - Adminisgtration (M/F - 2)
Graduate in Commerce/HRM/HRD. Minimum 2 years experience in payroll adminstration, laws related to employee benefits is a must.

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience in construction management of high-rise residential, commercial, malls & villa projects. Must be familiar with the updated cost and time saving construction technologies. The candidate must be highly quality conscious and self motivated.
Asst. Manager - Projects (1)
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 5 years experience in construction management of high-rise residential, commercial, malls & villa projects. Must be familiar with the updated cost and time saving construction technologies. The candidate must be highly quality conscious and self motivated. Should be efficient in handling a team of engineers/vendors.

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 3 years experience in construction management of high-rise residential, commercial, malls & villa projects. Responsible for quality, cost control and timely delivery. Should be efficient in handling a team of engineers/vendors.
Jr. Engineer (5)
Diploma/Degree (Civil Engineering) with minimum 2 years experience with a reputed construction/infrastructure company.
Sr. Draftsman (M/F - 1)
Diploma/Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years experience and thorough knowledge of CAD/CAM. Must be familiar with HUDA/HADA and other corporation laws. Should be efficient in coordinating with architects and various department heads.
Jr. Draftsman (M/F - 1)
Diploma in Draftsmanship with minimum 2 years experience and thorough knowledge of CAD/CAM.
Procurement
Sr. Purchase Executive (1)
Commerce or Engineering graduate with minimum 3 years experience in a construction/infrastructure company. Should be familiar with latest construction materials, must be cost conscious and possess excellent negotiation skills. Experience in vendor management/development is a must.
Jr. Purchase Executive (1)
Commerce or Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years experience in a construction/infrastructure company. Must be familiar with procurement documentation such as indents/purchase orders/bills processing.

Manager - Sales & Marketing (1)
Postgraduate in Marekting with 5 years experience in real estate. Must have thorough knowledge of marketing campaigns, project launches, liaison with advertising agencies and housing finance companies. Experience in managing and motivating team of executives.
